The game is "Done!" I finished up the sounds, fixed a couple more bugs that I ran into testing today, and it's pretty much ready to be released.
I'm going to make a free 20 level demo and likely post it on itch.io for both PC and Android. After doing some marketing for a few weeks, I'm going to put the full version up for sale for $2.00. For the completionist, I think that it would give about a dollar per hour worth of content. Supposedly, each hour of gameplay is supposed to cost something like $1.38, but it's my first game, and I want to have a price that's low enough for people that may be curious to pick it up.
I made a gameplay video of a single run of Rando Rush Mode and posted it on Youtube. You probably already saw it above. It has one of my favorite parts of the game in it; the Rando Rush victory screen. It's so epic.
Now, the plan is to focus on marketing to different avenues one at a time. Focus is key. Right now things feel very spread out because I'm learning a lot of material at once. Eventually, I think I'll have a good workflow once I understand some good guidelines for each marketing outlet.
I'm off to relax for a bit. I'm excited and nervous at the same time.
Until next time.
Time Spent Today: I really don't know...4 hours?
